Who I am
About
Nayana Pradeep Daundasekara is a Sri Lankan mentor, researcher, and educator from Nawalapitiya whose work spans four connected disciplines: meditation training, research and publishing, counselling, and environmental awareness.
As a professional meditation trainer he guides individuals and groups toward mindfulness and inner clarity, and as a counsellor he mentors students in attitude development and personal growth. Alongside this he is an active researcher and author — notably of works on the herpetofauna of Sri Lanka — and a passionate advocate for the natural world through environmental awareness programmes.
